For four decades, the Hmong Service Center has walked alongside Hmong families in Oshkosh — helping them find their footing in work, school, language, and daily life, and connecting them to the resources they need.
Founded in 1984, the Hmong Service Center, Inc. supports Hmong families as they overcome barriers in economic stability, education, language, and leadership. We are a familiar, culturally-grounded place families can turn to — and a bridge that connects them to the wider community's services and opportunities.
Our work centers on the real barriers families face — and on connecting people to the help they are entitled to.
Guidance with employment, benefits, and financial stability so families can stand on solid ground.
School navigation, tutoring, and scholarships that help young people succeed and stay connected.
English–Hmong interpretation, translation, and help completing forms and paperwork.
We connect families to healthcare, housing, and social services across the Fox Valley.
Alongside these services, we help preserve Hmong language and heritage so the next generation stays rooted in who they are.
The Hmong Service Center is guided by dedicated volunteer leaders from the Oshkosh Hmong community.
Whether you need help getting settled, understanding a letter, finding a service, or supporting our work — reach out. Everyone is welcome.
